Operating status instantly visible: Dough dividers and molding machines equipped with LEDs

All WP dough dividers and molding machines are now equipped with LEDs indicating their status. The high-intensity LEDs are clearly visible even in bright light. In conjunction with the new door design, the dough dividers and molding machines make eye-catchers in production.

Heat recovery in your bakeries with WP RETHERM

Would you like to optimize your existing oven system or replace your outdated one? The WP RETHERM heat recovery system powered by Ganzenmüller can be can be retrofitted to existing oven systems comprising ROTOTHERM rack ovens or MATADOR deck ovens.

Increased efficiency through central burner: WP now also uses the “Zyklotherm®” principle known from the successful MATADOR deck ovens in the PELLADOR. This increases efficiency and productivity significantly when baking with wood.

Would you like to produce Wachauer rolls? New at SELECTA MODULAR.

The SELECTA MODULAR roll system is now optionally available or expandable with a Wachau station. The Wachauer station works the flour particularly gently into the dough pieces. This creates the rough surface typical of Wachauer rolls - as beautiful as if they were handmade!
