Flour Free“ lautet die revolutionäre neue Option bei den Teigteil- und Rundwirkmaschinen MULTIMATIC. Variante MULTIMATIC Pro FF ist die Neuentwicklung auf Basis der WP MULTIMATIC Pro und zeichnet sich durch mehlfreies Rundwirken aus.
Ein Teigling wird bekannterweise rundgewirkt, indem der Teig entlang des Wirkbandes geführt wird. Teig ist klebrig, also wird die Oberfläche mit Mehl bestäubt, um die Klebneigung zu reduzieren. Folge: das Mehl verteilt sich in der gesamten Maschine, die daher regelmäßig intensiv und sorgfältig gereinigt werden muss. Außerdem erhöht sich die Staubbelastung der Bäckerei. Eine innovative Wirkbandausführung verhindert jetzt die Klebneigung zwischen Teigling und Wirkband, auch ohne Mehl.
Die Zauberformel hierfür ist ein eingebautes Gebläse, das das perforierte Wirkband kontinuierlich trocknet und dadurch dem Festsetzen von Teigresten entgegenwirkt. Eine scheinbar einfache, pragmatische Lösung, die es jedoch an Komplexität in sich hat. Natürlich bietet die neue WP MULTIMATIC Pro FF alle Vorzüge der WP MULTIMATIC Pro, das Ganze nur ohne Mehl.

Dough dividers and molding machines equipped with LEDs
All WP dough dividers and molding machines are now equipped with LEDs indicating their status. The LEDs light up in colors Blue, Yellow, Red, and White. The brightness can be set to suit the ambient conditions. The high-intensity LEDs are clearly visible even in bright light. In conjunction with the new door design, the dough dividers and molding machines make eye-catchers in production.
White: in operation
The LED lights up white. Everything in order.
Blue: cleaning operation
The LED lights up blue. The machine is in cleaning operation. Once cleaning is complete and the machine is operational, the LED lights up yellow.
Red: malfunction
The LED lights up red. Operation is disrupted.
